Senior Java Software Engineer

Senior Java Full Stack Developer – 6 Month Contract (to start) Location: Toronto (Hybrid) - 4 days on site / week We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer for a 6-month contract opportunity based in Toronto, Ontario. The successful candidate will have strong experience designing and developing enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications, containerized microservices, and RESTful APIs within cloud-based environments.

Requirements:

10+ years of software development experience ideally working with Java/J2EE

Strong expertise with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST APIs

Experience with containerized microservices deployed on OpenShift (OCP4), AKS, AWS, or Azure

Experience with SQL databases including SQL Server, DB2, or Oracle

Hands‑on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence

Must be located within 1 hours of the GTA

Nice-to-have:
