Senior Java Software Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (Java Backend) to drive technology delivery across cross-asset and cross-financial product implementations. The role involves working closely with application/platform leads, business users, and trading desks to understand business requirements and deliver cutting-edge, scalable solutions for institutional clients (Sell-side and Buy-side).
This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong design, development, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and end-to-end delivery of products and solutions
Execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and develop MVPs for new initiatives
Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices
Perform code reviews for critical modules
Guide and mentor developers; remove technical bottlenecks
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand priorities and translate them into technical solutions
