We’re looking for an experienced engineer to join a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary product team. If you enjoy building high‑quality backend systems, working closely with others, and continuously improving both code and ways of working, this role could be a great fit.

Required Experience

At least 5 years of hands‑on Java development.
5+ years of Test‑Driven Development in real project environments.
Familiarity with Kotlin, ideally writing production‑ready code.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building JVM‑based services using Test‑Driven Development and pair programming.
Helping shape the architecture and technical direction of our systems, understanding the “why” behind what we deliver, and looking for opportunities to improve our engineering practices.
Providing coaching, guidance, and mentoring to fellow engineers.
