About the Role

Job Description:
At DXC Technology Polska, we are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to strengthen our German-speaking Java team, working mainly from Wrocław, in a flexible hybrid working model.
This role focuses on complex projects within the public, energy, automative, or other big sectors, where you will take a leading technical role in designing, implementing, and evolving mission-critical software systems. You will work closely with international development teams and act as a key technical partner for customer architects, contributing to long-term, scalable software architectures.
German language proficiency at a minimum C1 level is required, along with strong English skills.
Your responsibilities
Leading the implementation of complex requirements using Java and modern frameworks
Designing and evaluating technical solution concepts based on deep understanding of customer architectures and business requirements
