Key Responsibilities
Engineering: Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
Design: Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to system architecture.
Code Quality: Lead code reviews and enforce best practices (SOLID principles, Design Patterns).
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior/mid-level developers.
Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application and database layers.
