Senior Java Developer (8+ years)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & refine requirements in Agile/Scrum
- Design solutions (ERD, APIs, UML, sequence diagrams) and convert to user stories
- Develop secure, scalable REST APIs using Spring Boot
- Own tasks end-to-end including design, POCs, and implementation
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Ensure quality via testing, debugging, and adherence to DoD
- Contribute actively in Agile ceremonies
Qualifications
- Strong Java experience (latest versions)
- Expertise in Microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs
