About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Engineer to join our team at Mindera. You will work on building scalable, high-performance backend services, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that support large-scale distributed systems.
Requirements
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 21 and Spring Boot . 
 Build and consume RESTful APIs following best practices. 
 Develop robust data models and queries for SQL Server as well as document-based structures in MongoDB. 
 Implement caching layers using Redis to improve system performance. 
 Integrate and manage Kafka for event-driven and message-based communication. 
 Build, deploy, and manage microservices on Kubernetes (AKS).
