Senior IT Engineer

Opportunity to own and lead modern IT infrastructure. Work across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provides L2-L3 IT support to internal users, covering both onsite and remote troubleshooting.
• Manages and maintains collaboration tools such as Logitech Tap and PolyStudio meeting room systems.
• Oversees endpoint security, monitoring, patching, and overall device health across the organisation.
• Acts as the primary owner of the full Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Handles Azure AD identity, SSO, MFA, user lifecycle, compliance policies, and governance frameworks.
• Manages Intune for device deployment, configuration, Autopilot, compliance, and mobile/endpoint security.
• Supports VMware, Windows & Linux servers, AD domain services (DNS, DHCP, GPO), and storage systems (SAN/NAS).
