About the Role

Install and configure new workstations, software applications, and hardware components.

Provide first-level helpdesk support by receiving, evaluating, prioritizing, and resolving IT support requests.

Troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, internet access, and telephony issues via phone, remote access, or onsite support.

Log, track, and manage helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution and proper escalation when necessary.

Monitor ticket queues and coordinate workload distribution among IT technicians.

Escalate complex issues and coordinate with internal IT teams, managers, and external vendors for resolution.

Install, configure, and test software for office and production system users.

Provide end-user training on Office applications and internal systems.

Maintain IT asset inventory, including procurement, assignment, tracking, and retirement of hardware/software (e.g., computers, parts, IoT devices, VoIP systems). <...
