YOUR MISSION
Contribute to the reliable operation and continuous improvement of data services used across the space and Earth observation community, including:
Daily monitoring to ensure smooth system operations
Investigate anomalies, opening reports, and supporting resolution workflows
Validate new software releases, running automated tests, and preparing release reports
Develop scripts and small tools to support operations and end users
Update documentation, procedures, and knowledge bases
Contribute to KPIs and performance reporting
Participate in coordination meetings and supporting service evolution activities.
