About the Role

You will deliver high-quality desktop support to clients in the financial sector, troubleshooting issues related to Windows, Exchange, and Office 365. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and customer service abilities as you manage service tickets and support various software applications. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and familiarity with common IT support tools. This is an onsite position with rotating shifts.
