Functions and Responsibilities

IT Support and Infrastructure

Provide first- and second-level support to users for hardware, software, and technology platforms.

Manage and support the company’s services and servers, both on-premises and cloud-based.

Administer and support the corporate platforms used by the organization, including Microsoft 365, Azure, CRM, ERP/INTACT, and other operating systems, coordinating with external vendors when applicable.

Execute and monitor the implementation of corporate IT policies.
