Senior Instructor – Military Training Summary:
Location: Ghana, West Africa
The Senior Instructor is responsible for curriculum development, training, and mentorship implementation. The Senior Instructor will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing progress of the training projects, setting, and following budgets, making HR decisions, and other project management-related tasks. The Senior Instructor will be based in West Africa and will be required to travel to remote sites throughout the region. The Senior Trainer shall report to the Project Manager and serve as the Contractor’s lead on curriculum development and training implementation.
