Senior Instructional Workload Specialist

Athabasca University's Learning Services Tutorial Department is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Senior Instructional Workload Specialist.

The Position:

Under the direction of the Coordinator, Learning Services Tutorial, this position is responsible for administrative duties related to instructional workload management for employees who fall under the The Board/CUPE Agreement and student assigning. Attention to detail, accuracy and the flexibility to work on multiple assignments at any one time are critical, as are accurate and responsive triage, referral and/or resolution of learner and tutor, academic expert and faculty queries.
