The Instructional Designer is a resilient and culturally conscious individual who works interdependently to achieve the goals of the global learning team. They produce learning solutions for synchronous and asynchronous experiences by conducting needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation. They maintain course catalogs, offer mentorship to others, and implement modern learning techniques in content design. They practice strong project management skills and collaborate to deliver value‑maximizing outputs which aid the team in driving the company’s strategy. They also champion collaboration, improve efficiencies, and promote alignment between the learning team and our partners.

Apply adult learning instructional design principles to build solutions for delivery across multiple platforms.
