Senior Infrastructure Technician

As a Senior Infrastructure Technician at Level‑7 Internet, you will play a critical role in maintaining network reliability, supporting complex deployments, mentoring junior technicians and ensuring that all installations and maintenance work meet company standards for safety, performance and quality. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role, requiring strong problem‑solving ability, field expertise and the ability to guide and support technicians on‑site.

Responsibilities

• Customer Equipment Installation – Install and commission customer wireless, networking, and cabling infrastructure to company standards, including advanced troubleshooting on complex deployments.
