About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst with M Administration experience for a contract until the end of the year.
Must Have:
5+ years experience working with M:
Entra Administration
Exchange Administration
Teams Administration
Windows 11 Desktop Management
Windows File and Storage Services including Distributed File Services
Windows Server Administration
Nice to Have:
Nutanix AHV
Veeam
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as an initial point of contact for ServiceNow ticket escalation for the Infrastructure Team
Ensure all escalated ServiceNow tickets have all the required information needed to address the issue
If possible resolve the request prior to escalation
If not, route ServiceNow ticket to the appropriate Infrastructure resource
