About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Information Technology Associate to join our team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal systems and programs, ensuring seamless network infrastructure and endpoint device functionality across the division. You will play a key role in designing, development and maintaining our internal IT systems, supporting the full development lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and documentation. You will also provide technical support to end users, lead user training sessions and ensure that our network infrastructure and device operate securely and efficiently. Responsibilities
