About the Role

 Short Intro and About the Job 
 The Senior Industrial Relations (IR) Manager is responsible for developing and leading the organization’s industrial relations strategy to maintain a harmonious, productive, and legally compliant work environment. This role oversees interactions with labor unions, drives collective bargaining processes, manages dispute resolution, and strengthens communication frameworks between employees, union representatives, and management. 
 About You 
Education & Background
Minimum a Bachelor degree from a reputable university in Indonesia. Majoring in Law is preferred.
Have acquired IR certification (SKKNI/ formal / government standard)
Active involvement in student organizations during university years is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations at Manager level (mid to senior) only, as part of his/her overall working experience...
