Senior Import Operations Executive

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Logistics or any related field
• More than 5 years experience in logistics especially airfreight import or similar industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Able converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Self-motivated, resourceful, resilient, independent and team player

Job Descriptions:

Supervision of day-to-day operations and administrations of the Import Operations division

To lead, plan and manage the import operation team to comply with the protocol and standard operating procedures

Liaison with airlines, Custom department, Domestic and Oversea agents, customers and 3rd party service provider for necessary import arrangement whenever required

Planning for movement of import shipments to ensure customs cleared timely

Monitor and check on billing and invoicing

Attend to customers' complaints and ensure that issue...
