- Be responsible monthly analysis of the performance of freight forwarders, brokers and carriers;
- Notify about problems and situations that impact availability for the organization;
- Participate in the Continuous Improvement process for the import and export area;
- Be responsible monthly analysis of lead times and transit times from import and export shipments;
