Senior Implementation Engineer

• Provide technical support for pre-sales projects involving self-developed products, and assist channel partners in the implementation of these products.
• Conduct site mapping before project deployment of self-developed products.
• Perform on-site server deployment and commission self-developed equipment such as PS, lifts, and AMRs for project launch.
• Timely document and report issues encountered during on-site implementation to the product team.
• Manage the construction quality and progress of self-developed products on site.
• Assist with system commissioning and provide on-site production support when necessary.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with industrial robotics, project planning/schematics (CAD), operational workflows, and path planning.
