Development & Configuration Design and implement file transfer workflows using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, File Gateway, and Secure Proxy (SSP). Configure adapters (FTP, SFTP, HTTP, AS2, MQ, etc.) and trading partner profiles. Develop custom business processes, maps, and services for data transformation and routing. Administration & Maintenance Manage Sterling environments including installation, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA compliance. Perform user and security management, including certificates and encryption keys. Operational Support Provide L2/L3 support for file transfer incidents and service requests.
