Senior IBM Maximo Developer

**Location: Remote**

This role will lead architecture, configuration, and optimization of MAS 9 Manage and Mobile solutions that enable safe, reliable, and efficient field execution across substations, transmission lines, and distribution networks. The ideal candidate understands utility grid operations and can design scalable mobile-first solutions that support real-time field data capture, outage response, inspections, and compliance workflows.

**Responsibilities:**

+ **MAS 9 Architecture & Platform Leadership**
+ Lead solution design and governance for MAS 9 (Manage) in a T&D environment
+ Support containerized deployments in OpenShift and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
+ Oversee environment strategy (DEV/TEST/PROD), CI/CD practices, and release management
+ Ensure security hardening, RBAC configuration, and audit readiness
+ Drive performance tuning and system optimization within MAS 9
