About the Role
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Payroll
• Execute monthly payroll operations, including data collection, validation, system input and timeline tracking.
• Coordinate with external payroll, tax and insurance vendors to ensure smooth and accurate operational delivery.
• Perform payroll, insurance and related HR processes in compliance with company policies, operational guidelines and local regulations.
• Respond to employee enquiries related to payroll, insurance and statutory deductions, handling cases according to defined processes or escalating when appropriate.
2. HR Systems Management (Workday)
• Perform day-to-day Workday system operations and data maintenance, including employee data changes, process initiation and status tracking.
• Execute Workday onboarding processes for new hires, including system setup, notifications, data entry and process completion.
