Senior Human Resources Generalist

About the Role

We are a fast-growing eCommerce + manufacturing company in the gardening space. We are hiring a Business HR (Virtual HR) who will own the complete HR function end-to-end — hiring, onboarding, HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance filings . This is a hands-on execution role, working directly with the founder, and coordinating with on-ground supervisors for daily implementation.

Key Responsibilities (End-to-End)

1) Recruitment & Hiring (Priority)

• Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → joining
• Hire across office + operations roles (customer support/telecalling, warehouse/factory, admin, etc.)
• Maintain daily hiring tracker (pipeline, follow-ups, offer drops, joining ratio)

2) Onboarding & Documentation

• Own onboarding checklist and documentation ...
