Senior Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Midland, Ontario, Canada.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the first point of employee contact for HR matters, such as benefits, onboarding, time and attendance, and other employee inquiries.
• Respond to employee queries with professionalism and care, turning routine HR interactions into positive experiences.
• Enter and maintain employee records through the employee life cycle in the HRIS system (Workday) and the Benefit Administrator portal. Audit HR systems regularly to ensure data integrity.
• Generate employee‑related paperwork (employment verification, transfers, notifications, etc.).
• Develop and maintain standard processes and/or checklists; streamline as needed to identify efficiencies.
• Maintain records, personnel files and tracking systems; support report requests as required.
