Senior Human Resources Business Partner – EMEA Full-Time for Fixed Term Contract (Beginning November 2025 to mid-July 2026) Porto-Lisbon-Coimbra    ( MUST BE BASED IN PORTUGAL) Job Summary The current HRBP will soon be on parental leave, and we are seeking an experienced individual to step in for an interim, fixed term.

This role will provide continuity and leadership, ensuring seamless HR service delivery and alignment with global business strategy.

You will be:   Working with US-based corporate leadership – aligning regional business activities with corporate priorities and serving as a bridge across EMEA and US operations.

Collaborating with in-country leadership (Germany, Portugal, Spain, and UK) – building trust-based relationships and aligning leadership, functions, teams, and individuals to business priorities.

Owning and driving, under the management of the VP-HR in the U.S.
