The Senior HR Business Partner – EMEA is a strategic leadership role responsible for partnering with senior business leaders across the EMEA region to drive organizational effectiveness, performance, and growth. Operating in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment, this role leads the regional HR agenda while managing and developing the EMEA HR team across the UK, Italy, and France.

This position acts as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, aligning people strategy with commercial objectives, operational execution, and change initiatives.
