Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a technical owner and strategic partner for the organization’s HR technology landscape. This role collaborates closely with India HR, Payroll, IT, and global stakeholders to design, develop, support, and optimize scalable HR system solutions that enable business outcomes.
Working primarily within Ceridian Dayforce HCM and related enterprise tools, this role requires strong hands-on technical capability, architecture awareness, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into sustainable system solutions. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and clarity must often be created through technical leadership.
