The Senior HSES Specialist uses best practices to solve complex HSES-related problems and uses discipline‑specific knowledge to improve HSES performance. They will act with a considerable degree of autonomy and have the ability to balance a field‑based position and business administrative duties. They are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the HSES discipline.
Salary Range
$134,485 – $172,931. The range provided is for base salary contracted hours only. In addition, McDermott offers a competitive total rewards package, including project up‑lift and bonuses.
