Job Description
:We are seeking a Senior HR Technology Analyst with hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience to support the implementation and long-term administration of our HR Service Delivery platform. This role will serve as Envista’s HRSD HR Admin and Run/Sustainment Owner, acting as the Design Authority for HR services during implementation and leading ongoing optimization post go-live. The role owns HR service configuration and HRSD access posture within established guardrails, manages the HRSD enhancement backlog and release cadence, and uses analytics to drive operational stability and continuous improvement. This role will act as a critical enabler of HR technology as part of a broader HR organizational transformation here at Envista.
