**About the Role**

The **Senior HR Generalist – Shared Services (Poland/EMEA)** is a core operational HR role based in Poland, responsible for supporting **HR Shared Services delivery for the Polish employee population** , including lifecycle operations, data governance, HR inquiry triage, and engagement on employment-related matters.

As the HR Shared Services function continues to evolve, this role is expected to work closely with **HR Business Partners, Legal, HR COEs,** to ensure accurate, compliant, and consistent HR operations — and provide **best-in-class HR support across Poland** , with the potential to extend support to other **EMEA countries** over time.

This is a **hybrid** role with **at least 2 days per week** work from Gdansk office.
