Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
Act as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, supporting leaders in aligning people strategies with operational goals.Provide practical advice and coaching to managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership effectiveness.Support organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning activities. Employee Relations and Compliance
Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance concerns.Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation, modern awards, and enterprise agreements. Provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures.
Operational HR Delivery
Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance cycles, and offboardingMonitor and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
