About the Role

Responsibilities:


Business Partnering

  • Act as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, supporting leaders in aligning people strategies with operational goals.

  • Provide practical advice and coaching to managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership effectiveness.

  • Support organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning activities.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance

  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance concerns.

  • Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation, modern awards, and enterprise agreements.
  • Provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures.

    Operational HR Delivery

  • Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding

  • Monitor and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
