About the Role

Full-time | Permanent | New Plymouth 
We're seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to lead day‑to‑day HR operations and provide practical, commercially focused people advice across the business.
Reporting to the General Manager HR, this hands‑on role blends operational delivery with trusted advisory support. You'll coach leaders, manage employee relations matters, and help embed a centralised HR operations model across NZ and Australia.
Key responsibilities
Lead core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, contracts, training, and employee changes
Provide expert advice on ER matters, performance management, disciplinary processes and policy interpretation
Act as an escalation point for issues and coach HR coordinators
Support organisational change, restructures and workforce transitions
Ensure compliance with NZ and AU employment legislation
