The role: We seek a versatile Admin & HR Executive to
support our Hanoi operations, combining HR operations, business administration,
and marketing coordination in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Human Resources
•Screen CVs, conduct call
screenings, and coordinate interviews for internal hiring.
•Manage end-to-end onboarding
and offboarding for employees & interns (facilities, accounts, training).
•Organize quarterly team events
(summary meetings, parties, rewards) and coordinate training sessions.
