Senior Growth Manager

Our Venture Growth Lead will not “hack early-stage traction” for one product—rather, you will grow the reputation, visibility, and influence of Disrupt.com itself as a global venture-building authority.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who has deep experience in VC firms, venture builders, accelerators, corporate innovation arms, or global ecosystem brands —someone who understands how to build credibility, audience, influence, and deal flow through narrative, events, content, founders, and community.
