Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise governance frameworks and operating models.
- Establish and manage Program & Portfolio Governance structures.
- Lead Steering Committees and executive governance forums.
- Define decision-making models, escalation paths, and stage-gate processes.
- Develop and monitor governance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures.
- Oversee risk, issue, and compliance management frameworks.
- Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
- Define RACI matrices and accountability models across initiatives.
- Support benefits realization tracking and value governance.
- Conduct governance maturity assessments and recommend improvements.
