About the Role

What will be your missions?
Advising clients on legal matters and providing strategic guidance regarding investment fund regulations and compliance requirements.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including fund agreements, prospectuses, and offering memoranda.
Conducting legal research and analysis to support client objectives and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What's your profile?
Minimum of 5 years of similar experience.
Fluency in both French and English.
