Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation & Functional Consulting
Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support
Manage the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions with minimal supervision
Conduct fit-gap analysis, ensure system alignment with business processes, and optimize configurations
Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption
Ensure adherence to industry best practices, Microsoft Sure Step methodology, and compliance standards
Customer Engagement & Solution Advocacy
Be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong relationships and positive feedback
Understand the client's business processes and recommend optimizations using Microsoft D365 F&O
