Consultant/Lead Software Engineer 10+ yrs Oracle HCM Functional
Should have 10+ years of experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and document business requirements from various stakeholders and perform fit-gap analysis to map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality (Core HR, Absence, OTL, Compensation & Talen Suite). Functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should also act as the functional consultant for technical streams. Participates in business development activities and configure solutions for the project requirements.
