About the Role

What you will do
As a Senior Content Development Engineer at Karat, you will develop high-quality technical interview questions to update Karat’s technical content library for modern AI-enabled engineering workflows across engineering role types (data science, software engineering, etc.). You will also uphold Karat’s interview content standards through peer reviews, mentorship, and feedback integration.

We are looking to hire for this position in Mexico City, Mexico.
Use your engineering knowledge to produce Karat’s most complex interview coding questions, including the creation of extensive codebases and objective design exercises.

Partner with internal teammates in the development of new content formats that enable candidates to leverage generative AI during their interviews.

Utilize a variety of known and forthcoming AI tools to continuously iterate on Karat content.
