Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We're venture-backed, founded by a team with deep roots in both healthcare and engineering, and we're just getting started. We're 5 engineers and we need someone who ships features, hunts bugs, architects distributed systems, and automates everything in between. This isn't a pick your lane role. You'll own the product end-to-end.

The work:

• Full-stack development across , Python, React, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Distributed infrastructure — real-time streaming (gRPC, WebSockets), event-driven pipelines (Redis/BullMQ), resiliency patterns
• CI/CD and test automation from scratch — GitHub Actions, Jest, Playwright
• Python backend services — FastAPI, async processing, and bridging our ML pipeline with the core platform
