What will you be doing?

• Take full ownership of significant components or services, driving them from design to production with minimal direction.
• Be a go‑to expert in one area of the codebase while maintaining awareness of system‑wide architecture.
• Plan and execute major assignments or multiple concurrent projects, balancing pace, quality, and long‑term maintainability.
• Serve as a technical contact on cross‑functional projects, coordinating with product, design, and other teams.
• Mentor and uplift the team through code reviews, documentation, guidance, and technical leadership on project delivery.
• Make others better by offering thoughtful technical feedback, contributing to standards, and championing best practices.
