Purpose of the role 

Youi is a fast-paced, tech-driven insurance company building innovative in-house software as part of our modernisation journey. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work in a collaborative team to deliver high-quality software in an agile environment, balancing strong engineering practices with a pragmatic, value-focused approach.

Key priorities 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver software solutions aligned to business goals
• Build high-quality, scalable, and well-tested software across the full technology stack
• Work with modern technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript/Angular
• Maintain high code quality through standards, automated testing, and peer reviews
