Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled PH Team Lead / Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead our Manila development team while actively contributing to complex full-stack projects. This dual-role position combines hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will serve as the primary bridge between the Philippines development team and US-based engineering leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong architectural standards, and smooth cross-regional collaboration.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Coordination
Lead daily standups and oversee sprint execution.
Manage task distribution and team capacity planning.
Act as the first escalation point for technical blockers.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Conduct one-on-one meetings focused on technical growth and performance.
