Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer

Schedule: 40 hrs per week (Full-Time US Business Hours)

Compensation: $4,000 - $5,000 monthly rate (Depending on experience)

Our client is an early-stage EdTech startup building an AI-powered learning platform that transforms middle school lessons into interactive, escape-room-style quests. They are a mission-driven company focused on rebuilding student comprehension through engaging, game-like experiences and real-time teacher insights.

The Founding Full-Stack AI Engineer will lead the technical development of the MVP, owning the end-to-end system including backend infrastructure, and AI integration. This role requires a hands‑on builder who can evaluate existing code, architect scalable multiplayer systems, and collaborate directly with founders to ship a production‑ready platform. The ideal candidate acts as a true partner, balancing rapid execution with scalable architectural decisions.
