Job Duties and Responsibilities

Agile Software Development

• Plan, develop and deploy software.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to help shape product specifications.
• Regularly showcase development status to stakeholders and get feedback.
• Seek to continually improve development process via retrospectives.
• Write clean, highly tested, maintainable code that adheres to industry standards.
• Adopt CI / CD for regular, automated, predictable releases to production.
• Actively monitor and control technical debt.
• Escalate technical risks when appropriate.
• Be available to respond to production incidents (on a rotation basis).
