This role is for someone who is proactive, not reactive — someone who communicates early, flags issues, and takes initiative. In a small team, gaps in communication slow everyone down, so ownership and clarity really matter here.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and build our frontend using React and
Turn Figma designs into polished, scalable, production-ready UI
Design and maintain reusable components and frontend patterns
Drive frontend best practices (performance, accessibility, code quality)
