Department Overview
Up until now, Rakuten has expanded its business scale with its shopping mall business Rakuten Ichiba and credit card business Rakuten Card at the core. Going forward, Rakuten envisions creating a new business model that will establish a stronger Rakuten Ecosystem encompassing offline life as well, by maximizing assets that have been cultivated primarily online, such as Rakuten Members, Rakuten Points, Brand Power, and Member Data.
